part 2 by way of the far west

So much happening. so little time - ive even been surfing. No punk rock as yet but hell 2011 has been a killer year for album releases.

Frank Turner, Social D, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, THC, beastie boys...alll good looking forwards to the new crazy are record, and goin to see mike ness and co this coming thursday.

surfing goes somehting like: 2 weeks in Costa Rica, and 3 trips to the south west. The spring/early summer has been shitty for wind here in the UK - well certainly when ive been free to go, but had some ace sessions in the last month, even surfed soem new spots (looking for northerly shelter) all about camping and living out of cars at this time of year, my backhand surfing is coming along, lots of sessions at south fistral, and im actively looking to get back up the face and do some kind of cutback on my forehand all good.

CR was another story. A long one. but a good one, good surf at the beginnning and end, indifferent in the middle. Lots of food, beer and partying. Good travelling crowd and all in all a great holiday. Not as life changing as the first trip but good nonetheless, surfed my webber and took my wingnut LB for the smaller stuff. worked out well. gotta finish my video. and post some pics up here.
